Here's a little bit of why I love West Virginia. (Although, I do miss my North Carolina friends). We were just a little bit early before the leaves really changed but it still is beautiful.

UHS Homecoming 2009

My little future prom queen. Kylie made us so proud tonight at Homecoming. She got to ride in a corvette, throw candy to the crowd at the parade, and carry a bouquet of flowers for the court. She did such a great job.

We had a great time although a very emotional time for me at my going away party. I will truly miss my great friends and co-workers. Thank you all for taking the time to make it special for me. I got some wonderful gifts, some will make me cry and some will make me laugh. It has been a wonderful 10 years being here in Charlotte. And thank you to the girls who took me out on Wednesday night to Kristopher's. It was really special to me and I appreciate it.

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary to my honeybunny. It's been 16 years and still counting. We've been through a lot but have always pulled through. I love you.

July 4th parade

We went to the Fourth of July parade in Indian Trail. We had lots of fun. After the parade we went driving to see if we could find any carnivals. We actually found one in Unionville but accidentally got in the middle of their parade. The crowd was waving at us. It was really embarrassing!!!!! Anyway, enjoy the pics of my little ones!!!

Enjoying the weekend

It was nice to do absolutely nothing this weekend. Making chocolate milkshakes, doing cartwheels in the grass (even I did cartwheels), making bubbles while mowing the grass, and yes, even teaching Kylie how to do the moon walk. Paul does it really well believe it or not. It was a nice enjoyable weekend with alot of family time. Thank you, dear family. I needed some "us" time.

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful hubby. Spencer got into the action and helped clean the house. Like father like son. Kylie and her daddy made Smores together. Then she gave him a chocolatey kiss! Also Happy Father's Day to my daddy. Hope you are feeling better!

Myrtle Beach 09

Ok so maybe I got a little carried away with the pics but I wanted to show off my kiddos and my nephews, Hunter and Evan. They haven't seen each other in about 4 years. Evan was only 2 months old when we saw him last. We met up with Paul's sister, Diana and hubby Chris. Paul's brother, Gary and wife Kari were there as well as Paul's mom and dad. We had a good time. Fun in the Sun

Spencer's first time in a real pool...he absolutely loved it. Too bad Daddy wasn't there for it. It killed him that he wasn't. He was playing in a golf tournament. I'm sure he had his own fun. Spencer laughed and kicked in the water and had a blast. Kylie had fun jumping in the water with her friend Lucas. I had fun but now I am in much pain from a sunburn. I can't move without hurting and I am even taking tylenol for pain. I don't usually complain much about being in pain but this really hurts!

Birthday Boy

I'm a big boy!

The Big One Year Old!!!! He didn't have too much interest in the cake. We had to persuade him to get into it...surprisingly since he gets into everything else. Please excuse the problem I was having with the camera opening (the black spot on the edges.) Anyway my little boy is growing up. No more bottles or formula (yeah).

Yeah!!!! Kylie finally learned how to ride her bike. No more training wheels!!!! She is so proud of herself and so are we. She has so much fun riding her bike!
